Cancellation Policy
- Refunds could be strictly considered at ARThaus’s sole discretion for unexpected circumstances or if suitable accommodation in future classes cannot be met or by provision of documented proof of leaving the country . A 15% admin fee is applicable
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen events not under Arthaus’s control (e.g Circuit Breaker, lockdown etc) , all paid up classes will be rescheduled at the next suitable time in discussion with you
- Payments made are not eligible for cash refunds
Rescheduling Policy
- No cancellations or refunds can be made
- Rescheduling: Incase rescheduling/cancellation of classes is needed, an advanced notice of 1 week is needed. Accommodation in future classes will be made subject to availability
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed
